Sylvia is an utter disgrace with the disgusting behavior she showed me. I'm absolutely appalled by her lack of respect, rudeness and zero empathy
I’ve unfortunately needed this company on about 4 occasions but the way I was treated tonight after hours by Sylvia was vile

Very bad and unclear communication and guidance. Unprofessional.
After taking my payment requested further information from an issue incurred by them for not provided clear guidance I raised my concerns and informing them of my disappointment of their professional manner, their representative managing our funeral simply replied ok and hung up on me. I will be following up by a formal complaint.
