I would just like to say that after dealing with a myriad of suppliers and tradies here at SBUV, Ruswins service is second to none.

The service and professionalism we experience each and every time is outstanding and this morning, to have that extremely polite and professional gentlemen attend SBUV without us even having to ask or follow up and happily attending to the job at hand with no fuss or drama was brilliant.

You could teach a few other businesses and suppliers around Townsville a thing or two about service and client treatment.

You will continue to have our and our residents business as SBUVs preferred supplier for all things locks and door hardware related.

Thanks to the Ruswin driver, whose quick, deft, and safe driving, avoided what could have been a four-car pile-up. Some drivers need to watch where they are going. This one scared the crap out of me. But the guy in the Ruswin van simply did what was needed, was courteous (no horn blasting or bad language), gave a simple wave and we all moved on. Phew that was close. Thank you!
