      We are a group of psychologists who have proven success in treating Psychological Injuries sustained either throughout the course of employment or via Motor Vehicle Accident Trauma including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. In order to provide maximum effectiveness and convenience, Insightful Mind offers you the opportunity to undertake counselling in a number of different settings. Face to Face Telehealth Counselling (Conducted via Video conferencing or Telephone.)

      How do i make an appointment and is there a waiting list?

      Either by telephoning on 0425263288 or via email [email protected] and no, there is no waiting list. You will be seen within the next week 5 days.


      Is Payment required for Workers Compensation and CTP Cases?

      No. We bill the insurer directly. All that is required is the claim number and the insurer details.


      How long are the sessions?

      The session times vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your requirements.


      Do I require a referral from a GP in order to make an appointment?

      Yes, you require a referral from a GP to make an appointment for both Workers Compensation and CTP cases.
