We aim to deliver an outstanding service to our patients. Our group of radiologists are highly trained and experienced in all diagnostic modalities and sub-specialties. Synergy Radiology was founded by our partner radiologists, over 10 years ago.

      Our radiologists encourage direct communication with referring doctors and are happy to discuss individual cases whenever further advice or details are requested. We acknowledge medically urgent cases, on a same-day basis. We have multilingual staff. We provide female radiographers and sonographers, who require specialised women’s imaging.

      Do I need to download an app to see my results?

      You can access your results via the web link or by downloading the app at the app store or Google Play when you search My Health Diary.


      Do you Bulk Bill?

      We automatically bulk bill any health care card holder or pensioner for Medicare rebatable scans.


      Who do I send my feedback to?

      How do I prepare for my scan?

      This will be confirmed at the time of booking your appointment. No booking or preparation is required for a general X-ray.


      Where does my doctor find my results?

      The referring doctor can access results directly via their Practice Manager Software (PMS) or Via their Medinexus web portal login https://dd.medinexus.com.au/WEB/login.aspx?f=29 (Please change URL description to Medinexus login).


      My practice is having issues downloading electronic reports. Who do I need to contact?
