No, we do not.

No. we do not.
Can I return my goods?
Return of Goods - goods returned for credit (other than damaged goods as listed above) will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with Alpha Catering Equipment. All returned goods are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and will only be accepted if returned in original condition, in original packaging with all original instruction booklets, warranty cards and documents. If the returned item has been used in any way it will be deemed to be second hand.
Stock availability?
Stock Availability is intended as a guide only as stock volumes can fluctuate. If an item is in stock, delivery should occur within 2-4 working days, once your payment has been received. Most of the products listed for sale on our website would be considered stock items by our suppliers however stock levels do fluctuate. As part of our quoting procedure Alpha Catering Equipment will always advise you as to availability.

Do you deliver?
All deliveries are made on the following basis: All deliveries are made to kerbside (or dock) of delivery Address in the metropolitan area of Sydney, only. The purchaser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide labour and equipment to unload & position the goods on site at the purchasers expense. For deliveries outside the metropolitan areas listed, all transport is at the purchasers expense & must be organised through Alpha Catering Equipment prior to shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations - orders may be cancelled on the following basis: That the cancellation is received prior to commencement of manufacture for special orders. If the equipment is a stock item cancellation must be received three (3) working days prior to shipping. A cancellation or re-stocking fee may apply, being a minimum of 25% of the purchase price. Alpha Catering Equipment reserves the right to claim back any credit card fees that are applied to the transaction.
What if my goods are damaged?
Damaged Goods - If an item is received and is faulty in any way, other than from transport damage, you should notify Alpha Catering Equipment immediately by phone or email listing your contact name, address, phone, invoice number and details of the fault. Check all items before signing for them. Please do not sign for and accept deliveries if the goods are obviously damaged in transit.
What times do you delivery?
Delivery times are estimates only. Please note these times can be delayed due to customs clearance and transport delays, which are out of our control. Alpha Catering Equipment will work with our customers to try and obtain a positive solution when a delay affects your delivery.

I buy Ruby 2000 juice extractor from Alpha Catering Equipment. It sounds and looks like it means business and rest assured, it gets the job done. It is more compact than it seems to be and requires very little space. Even then, it manages to squish out 1.5 litres of juice in a mere 30 seconds and with movable nozzles and an automatic pulp ejector, it becomes an indispensable tool in the kitchen.

I love the way Alpha Catering Equipment helps customers. Their representative Mike helped me sort out all brands for kitchen equipment without pushing any company or product over the others. I just had to tell them the equipment I wanted and my budget. Very friendly professionals and great delivery. Recommended for caterers.
