Terrible Communication - Understaffed and Long Waits

They only have one store in Penrith now. Many women drive specifically out there to access the supposedly good service. Despite a booking system there is a long wait. I witnessed one woman with a 2pm booking be told the wait would be at least 30 minutes and could she come back. The store is in an extremely run down building that is falling apart. It used to be a great place with excellent service when it was in Wentworthville. It is no longer worth the (much longer) drive.

Discusting service

Disgusting Situation!



on the 19th of June I ordered four bras in a 12G and 12GG, I have brought from this store in the past and was fitted in these sizes and they were perfect on me.



13 days after I ordered the Items on the 3rd of July I called the Penrith store because I was still waiting for my items which I had not received when they state online that it only takes 1-2 Business days I had received an email stating it would take up to 10 days to deliver my items because they needed to get them ordered in, I called the store and she said she had them in her hands and was going to deliver them, I had finally received my items on the 14th day.



When I received my items I tried them on and was disappointed to find they did not fit as I was waiting 14 days and excited to get them. I called and spoke to the woman if I could come in to store and exchange the items to something else and said I would be happy to spend more and get a few bras that actually fit even if I had to spend more money



The woman said no and was quite rude about the whole situation. I asked to speak to someone higher and she said that the owner is not available and that I would need to contact [email protected] to speak to the owner and that’s the only way to contact her, I asked if it would only go to the owner and not to the penrith or parramatta store and she said It would only go to the owner and that was the only way I could get in contact with the owner.



I am very upset about this whole situation I spend up to $200 in total and none of these items fit me. I was still happy to buy in store and spend more on items that fit.



The lady also stated that each brand in the store is a different sizing, They do not state this on there website and I went and ordered thinking they would fit. This is absolutely disgusting and I am very disappointed with the service.
