Volks Centre Cairns

I have been going to Toby and his team for many years and can not fault his professionalism and friendly staff.
We have never had any complaints regarding service or price.
Toby and his staff always goes out of way to help.
After using the Volks Centre with all our vehicles we wouldn't ever go anywhere else,highly recommend them to anyone who has German vehicles. 10/10 all the way

The Volks centre is one of the reasons I have just bought my fourth VW golf. I was contemplating a Japanese vehicle but the thought of going back to dealer servicing was not an option after being with Toby and the Volks centre for years.
I totally trust these guys and the benefit of being able to talk directly to a specialist mechanic who knows German vehicles inside out and not to a receptionist is everything when keeping you car the best it can be. If it doesn't need to be done Toby will tell you straight and will always find the solution that makes sense to the customer.
I can call him if I am concerned about my vehicle and he always makes time to fix things quickly on the day if they can.
I really don't miss the days of dropping the car off at the dealer and not knowing when what or how long an issue might take.
If you drive a German car do yourself a favour and check them out...

Super friendly and professional service. Tobi and his team know everything about german cars. Unfortunately they only service german cars - would love to bring my jeep ;)

Worst customer service ever.
The only reason i chose their service was because of their cheap price. My car was having more issues after their service and when i made a complaint about it, they said if i dont trust in their work, dont bother coming again.
Ridiculous service, never came across a kind of customer service like this before in australia.
