My husband and I have been there multiple times, and when I go there I have been quite happy, although I always just asks to cut the splitted ends which is an considering easy cut, but everytime my husband been there the cut has been very obvious uneven. Last time he had to go back and ask to get it fixed up, the hair dresser still managed to cut uneven, she wasn't able to fix it up but it was better than the originally cut. He doesn't go there anymore. I would recommend to go there but don't expect high quality from each hair dresser, it really depends who cuts and if it's uneven go back and to get it fixed up!

Salon was clean, staff were friendly and loved the fact I didn't need to book.

I was very happy with the friendliness and my over all experience. Did have to wait long at all.

After asking for my hair to be washed, straightened, layered and a small trim my hair was lopped off at my shoulders ( my hair was long enough to touch the very bottom of my back ). The hair dresser insisted in cutting my hair at my shoulders I said no thanks just the minimal off as I like my hair long and she still cut it of at my shoulders and said oh well it will grow back. Sense this I have had heaps of people comment on how the have ruined my hair, I am honestly devastated!!!

Love this place, I can just walk in with no appointment.
