Precision Skin Scan

I have started a course of efudix and have run out so I need another script urgently. Since last Monday I have been asking the receptionist at Ashgrove clinic for a script. The answer is we will ask the doctor and ring back. The specialist was there last Monday and they made no attempt to ask him. When I asked today the receptionist said we will ring you as soon as we get the script. The specialist was working this afternoon. Still no phone call and they have now gone home. What more can I do? The receptionists in this clinic need to find others jobs because they are not capable of working with the public. So far I have made 5 phone calls and I have no return calls. I am sure there are plenty of willing people to fill these positions. I liked the specialist but will not be returning to the clinic due to the rude manner the receptionists have treated me.
