FAQs

  • Where should I park?

There is underground and ground level car parking on site which is free for patients and relatives, as well as street parking. Because of surrounding schools and shopping centres, traffic can be unpredictable, so it is advisable to allow extra time for the journey. We are located on the ground floor of AHC House just inside the front entrance.

  • What should I bring?

Referral Medicare, DVA, and health insurance cards Any relevant investigations (such as hearing tests, CT and MRI scans, blood tests, etc.) List of current medications

  • How much will it cost?

Patients will be informed of the consultation fees when making the initial appointment. Payment is required at the time of consultation via cash, EFTPOS, VISA or Mastercard. A Medicare rebate is usually payable and can be made immediately if the patient is registered for Medicare online billing.
