PPS10/20 - Premium Partner Support 10/20 gives clients the opportunity to purchase 10 or 20 hours of support to be regressively billed. PPS clients are exempt from call-out fees & receive bonus-monitoring hours. PPS-NFP10/20 - Premium Partner Support - Not For Profit 10/20 has most of the features of the above with restricted "after hours" access & a lower billing rate. 

SLA - Service Level Agreements are created client by client and can offer any level of service and can include or exclude any office service or equipment. iAssist SLAs are calculated using industry stats provided by the Gartner group. iAssist SLAs are renewed 3 monthly & pricing dynamically changes to meet the company’s growth or shrinkage.
