Very happy with service and doctors- kind caring and attentive

I don't have medicare, so I called in advance to find out how much a procedure would be. I got a quote and doublechecked with the nurse on the phone that the quote was the complete cost, as I had called some other clinics before that and I was reassured twice that it was. So I went for my appointment, filled out all the paperwork and was then asked to pay in advance. Way over the quoted price. I asked the nurse about this and she said that there were a couple fees that came on top of the price. When I explained to her that the sole reason I came to their clinic was because of the quoted (and REASSURED) price on the phone she said she didn't know who I was on the phone with. After discussing this for a while, she said it was okay and they would only charge me the quoted price, so I went ahead. After the procedure was done, I left and got called by the clinic 10 minutes later, asking where the rest of my payment was. I explained the situation to the nurse on the phone and she insisted I come back and pay the extra money, which I did in the end, because I just wanted to be done with this mess. So I feel pretty deceived now, they could've told me they couldn't do it at that price or apologised for misleading me or whatever, but what do I get? SPAM! They are now sending me spam emails that I didn't realise they had a legal right to use my provided email address for (that I wrote on my medical paperwork). This is ridiculous. The two stars are only because the doctor who looked after me was really nice. Otherwise zero.
