It's a shame that Concentrix ignored my request for assistance with my hearing disability CONTINUALLY and instead fired me 4 months into the job with a firm handshake to avoid dealing with me or providing a reasonable reason other than unsuitability for the job. The TURNOVER rate for almost any Concentrix site is INCREDIBLE. Stats don't lie and this employer has very little actual empathy when it's not being used for clout

I have work for Concentrix and worked for companies that use Concentrix services. Always under deliver and never in time. A real lack-luster company as an over-all and I'm not sure why some large international companies use them. The high turn over rate means no-one knows what they are doing, my recommendation: go somewhere else and don't work for them.
