Yes, we provide fully costed proposals and undertake continual monitoring of expenditure against budget as part of our project management process, in order to ensure that project objectives are achieved within budget. Our project inception procedure also includes a process to reach agreement on timeframes prior to project commencement, and our consultants' extensive experience in project management ensures that milestones and deadlines are reached on target.
