How much do concessional cardholders pay?
These cardholders will pay $5.80 for most PBS prescriptions. Small government surcharges may occur in more expensive brands but can be avoided by selecting the generic equivalent when prompted. Where no price appears in benefit card field, private prices will apply. Important! All entitlement cardholders must provide a photocopy of their cards with first order to prevent against fraud.

I've never encounted such an issue beforehand. I usually refill my script with Chemist Warehouse, Lawnton, where they hand select your script and check the blister packs/correct the amount of pills per box. Terry White had a selector machine where they rely on technology to select and disperse your script. With no generic option due to new specified Terry White brand. Also, without checking the amount of pills or blister packs, the pharmicist assumes all is fine and sells on; for me to get home and realised it's incorrect. I'm down 4 pills; 2 missing and 2 non sterile due to half covered blisters. Where 28 pills cost $5.70 in Chemist Warehouse; 24pills (meant to be 28) costs $10.99. I do not believe technology should be used to organise scripts for customers, it is not reliable. Lack of customer service/customer care.
