I waited with my mother to make an appointment whilst the receptionist talked to a friend/client for over 15 minutes. She did not acknowledge us at any time, in fact she

commented that she had to go move her car, not that she had people waiting to speak to her. She then continued to keep talking for over 10 minutes. We walked out and went else where.

Thank you so much for the care i have received since attending Cairns Central Doctors. Not many doctors take the time to listen and care . You are treated like a person and not just a number. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are exceptional.Well done to all the staff. Forever your patient.
