to the owner. We had visitors from Sweden and Germany from 27th December to 3rd January at your hotel.
They were horrified at how the hotel was.
The hotel stairs were not cleaned ( just full of dirt and lolly wraps)
Bathroom with no lights until we complained , no lights in the main area , (some missing), Phone not working for the whole time # of Rooms: 001
Internet was terrible , could not use it.
