So my appointment was at 5.45pm. I called at 4.45pm to make sure it was still on and was told yes without mention to the fact the doctor was running behind. Arrive on time to my appointment to be told there are 3 people ahead of me and i need to wait. It's 6.20pm now and still nothing..
Is there a doctor on this planet who is able to hold an appointment time? The answer is not at this place... very disappointing...
How about a bit of customer service?!?!
I told the receptionist a phone call would have been nice only to be responded with eyes rolled and the go to statement of... "we ask our customers to call beforehand to check for a delay " well I don't remember ever being told about that.. how convenient... it's now the customers fault that the doctor can't make their appointment. Also i did call beforehand and nothing was mentioned... thanks guys...
