      How do you charge for your services?

      A fee amount is determined and agreed with you upfront based on what annual services you require. The agreed fee is then payable as you direct. Most clients prefer a monthly arrangement but it can be quarterly or annually. We do not work on the basis of a time clock who says the time taken or the rate charged is fair.


      How long will you take to complete my work?

      A timeframe will be established with you at the time of your request. This established deadline is then our focus and any necessary change will be communicated.


      Is it difficult to change my Accountant?

      Not at all, any necessary and appropriate records or information held on files can be easily transferred from one Accountant to another.


      What is the best structure for starting out in business?

      This depends on a lot of things. We offer a free consultation to discuss a lot of issues involved with starting up a business.
