Myself and various members of the family have used Zappula and Trikam many times over the years. Have always had the utmost of respect for them in the way they handle things. Angie and Stephanie have been fantastic in dealing with any issues that came up that were completely out of their control. I wouldn't say it was a painless procedure but we got there in the end thanks to the expertise shown by these staff members. I would have no problems in recommending them to other people needing a property conveyer.

We recently used Zapulla Trikam for our purchase of our first home after shopping around. They perused the contract and inserted special conditions at no extra cost. I found Angie and Steph to be very efficient and accomodating.

I used this company after putting a contract on a property in Everton Hills. I didn't go through with the purchase due to concerns raised during the building inspection. I contacted Zappula Trickam to get them to have the contract cancelled and asked what their fees would be given that I was not going through with the purchase... I was told $100-$200 and that it would be up to the manager. My $1000 deposit for house was returned to Zapulla Trickam and they had deducted $296 for their work. They said the fees were for reviewing the contract, title search, phone calls, fax and stationary which seems quite over inflated for,the small amount of work needed especially given that verbally I was told $100-200.
