FAQs
A Townsville process server is a person licensed in Queensland as either a server or a sub-agent. They are entitled to enter a property for the purpose of serving a document, to make inquiries, to establish if the person resides at an address or when they will return if personal service is required. There is a common law right to go up to someone's door, for this purpose. The court has an expectation that reasonable attempts at service will be made, and that if a person is avoiding service, or cannot be reasonably found, the court may instruct that we do a substitute service.

As a licensed process server, Townsville and North Queensland, we do travel to places like Charters Towers, Ingham, Ayr, Home Hill and Bowen, as well as outer areas of Townsville such as Bluewater and Hervey Range.
We serve divorce applications, divorce papers, court papers, court documents, claims, notices, family law applications and responses, QCAT, magistrate, District Court and Supreme Court forms across Townsville and North Queensland.
There are two ways to obtain your divorce application in Australia. You may choose to attend the courthouse and obtain a physical copy, or you may apply online, through the court portal. If you choose an online divorce application, you may forward the PDF you receive back to us by email, to [email protected] for service.
