Absolutely fantastic to tony and the roofpride team. did everything we asked and more. As a first time home owner. We needed a full restoration as the roof was old and rusted, and was completed better then expected. Looks like a new roof. thanks a heap guys. Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend you in the future.

We have recently had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We were quoted for a complete roof restoration, replacement of entire box gutter, replacement of all screws, Rustshield treatment and painting. We were not provided with Terms and Conditions with the quote but accepted the quote anyway. Nick had said on the phone the roof would be as close to a new roof as you could get and we believed him. We were interstate when the work was undertaken so we weren't there to oversee things but we trusted them to do the job as per their quote. We are in our sixties and our house is two storey so it was unlikely we would climb on the roof to check the work so they thought we would never know. We paid in full $6,450, in good faith.
About 6 weeks after the work was carried out we engaged another roofing contractor to quote on an unrelated job that Roof Pride do not do. After inspecting the roof he made a casual comment about the roof that indicated that some of the work had not been done, i.e., the box gutters had not been replaced. We contacted RP and Tony and Nick came to our home and Nick climbed onto the roof and came down and assurred us the box gutters had been fully replaced and everything was fine and "looking beautiful". About 2 weeks later we had very heavy rain and the roof was leaking from the box gutter that was supposed to have been replaced. We contacted RP again and Tony told us his guy was away and he would send him in a few days.
However, we decided to get another opinion and engaged another roof professional to check the work and he confirmed that the box gutters were not replaced but patched and that other work that had been done was shoddy and not in compliance with standards. One week from our phone call Tony did send someone who came and performed further patched work to our leaking gutter. At this point, we realised that we had not been provided with a receipt for payment or a signed job completion document so we contacted RP to request these and express our concerns. Tony came around to provide the receipt and job completion doc and he also offered ta partial refund or to complete the work. The refund amount he mentioned was not nearly enough. We have paid for work and they have signed off for work that was never done. Understandably, we do not have any faith in them and do not trust them to complete the work to a satisfactory standard so this matter is unresolved and we are taking the matter further.
