Rude rude rude. Parks across your driveway and blocks you from being able to get your car out of your own driveway. Then when you speak to them about it they abuse you. Absolutely disgusting.

Wow! We just paid close to $40 for a 9 min ride from plainland to Kensington grove. Admittedly the driver missed our turn off but refused to lower our fare despite the extra route. We will not use this service again!

Have now witnessed cab driver deb yelling at older people a few times. Would not recommend if you have any other option.

I called and got deb and asked for a taxi only to be abused down the phone, so I told her to jam it, she also came into my work and carried on like a porkchop to the point where I had security remove her, this lady is a terrible human and has very poor people skills, she shouldn't be in this job

Absolutely amazing after another taxi company let us down on Christmas day with getting our grandad here from his nursing home (they left him waiting for almost 2hrs). Dustin answered the call and got to our grandad within 20mins. Absolutely amazing. Will definitely use again highly recommend. They also fit us in for a return trip. It was cheaper than the original company we had booked.

Called up for a taxi and spoke to “Dustin” at around 2pm. Said he could pick me up. It got to 5:30pm called back and he said he was on his way he’s just “saving people.” Never got back to me and left me stranded.

Called 20 times still Answer, wake up even earlier to book a time yet no answer. I would recommend this place only if the driver is Dustin, also had my fare charged over by the female driver, it’s said 23$ not 24.70$, I am annoyed that I’ve rung even a hour earlier than usually and still no answer at all it’s 4am to 5am now, can’t believe this….. I only hit recommend because it’s a good place when it wants to answer

I think they are great! I love chatting with Debbie who seems to be a great local and easy to have a yarn with. Keep it up!
