Council charges vary depending on the type of application and the council region. Similarly, the survey and town planning consultant’s fees vary depending on the application. Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd can carry out an investigation into the potential for your land. Not all land can be subdivided and each council has its own planning scheme and subdivision regulations. We are more than happy to discuss your options, provide initial planning advice together with a fee proposal free of charge.

We have a company Workplace Health & Safety Officer based at our Chinchilla office that services and supports all seven office locations. Local and state authorities have records of known flood levels for different areas of Queensland. We can search these records and also attend the subject land and indicate on the property the height of the notified flood level.
We are registered with the Surveyors Board of Queensland, members of the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute and Spatial Industries Business Association. We are members of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (QLD).
This is a survey which reinstates and pegs original boundaries for purposes such as fencing, encroachments and boundary disputes. A field survey is undertaken to peg property boundaries and then an identification survey plan is prepared and lodged with the Department of Natural Resources and Mines.
This survey accurately locates features and services for design purposes. Plans are produced which illustrate surface levels and contours along with AutoCAD models for design purposes.
