They state that someone will come and inspect your property to ensure the delivery men have no issues regarding access etc. I warned the head office that my yard may require them to unload and move gear up to 30m. This obviously didn't reach the driver and offsider and they whinged when they arrived.



The garage door overhead beam was bent and bowed. It was out by over an inch from end to end due to poor welding practices. Waited 2 days for a new one which wasn't straight either, but twisted in another way. We eventually had it repaired onsite by a privately hired boilermaker so we could get the shed stood. A third beam arrived the following week, way too late. (Photo attached of the string line held against the beam)



No vermin proofing arrived on the initial delivery, or on a subsequent delivery as promised. This causes delays in standing the shed as it you want it for standing the sheets.



Instructions for stand alone shed should be sent or available electronically to help allow prepare for the job.



Some of the stud frames appear to be missing the occasional rivet. Hilarously this is often beside the "Quality assurance" sticker.



I am still waiting on my garage door, some 3 weeks after delivery of the rest. Not even a phone call for confirmation or apology.



These guys are obviously too big to give a stuff. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Shocking customer service and quality of work. Would not recommend or deal with them again.
