      How much do you charge?

      The fees at our facility vary based on the type of referral and the practitioner providing the service. All our psychologists offer services under both Medicare referrals and private health insurance.


      When do you remain open?

      We remain open from Monday to Saturday.


      Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?

      Yes, if you wish to be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your consultation, you need to have a referral and a mental health care plan from your GP. In the absence of a referral, you may still be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund if you have extras cover.


      Can I choose which psychologist I would like to see?

      Yes, you can choose the practitioner you prefer. Alternatively, our welcoming reception staff is available to provide recommendations if you need assistance.
