I have been in my new Valeco home for just over a year. I had my six month inspection at which time the maintenance person noticed that there were several stains on my front render. When I told him that these were from the water sprinkler he said that Valeco needed to repaint the render 4 times and reseal it, as it obviously hadn't been done correctly in the first place. Valeco, point blank, refuse to do anything, claiming the water stains are not a building defect. We're talking about water stains, not chemical, just plain tap water and Valeco are telling me that its not a building defect. What kind of render finish ant repel water without becoming stained.

Wosrt experience ever! They made many mistakes, and then charged me extra to fix them! Would not recommend Valeco to anyone
