NOW DENTAL LIED ABOUT THE CROWNS I NEEDED WHICH COST ME $7000.00 INSTEAD OF ABOUT $300.00 FOR A FILLING WHICH NEEDED REPLACING. THEY WERE FOUND BY APRA TO HAVE LIED BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ANY SORT OF REFUND. WHAT IS APRA REALLY FOR? SOMEONE WROTE A SIMILAR REVIEW IN 'YELLOW PAGES REVIEW' BUT I DIDN'T SEE IT UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE... "NOW DENTAL" LIED TO 'APRA'...

Now Dental is a lovely practice. The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Paschkewitz is a wonderful and compassionate dentist, and is also gentle. The prices are very reasonable. The coffee is really good!! I have no problems recommending this practice to anyone looking for a dental service - anytime.

From the moment you enter the clinic you are greeted by a friendly smiling face and you know that the whole team truly care about your experience. All the dental practitioners are very caring and knowledgeable and most generous with their time and advice. Erich takes the time to really listen to you and offers you choices for your treatment. He goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care including after hours follow ups. I have no hesitation in recommending Erich and the whole team at Now Dental to all my friends and family.

Erich and the other staff at Now Dental are by far the most friendly and helpful I have encountered at any dentist. The building is always beautiful and clean. Erich is extremely thorough and also gentle (which is great). For someone who doesn't particularly like going to the dentist, Erich always makes my visits pleasant! I have been attending Now Dental got over 2 years and continue to have wonderful experiences.

Dr. Paschkewitz was very helpful with our 7 year old son, who has a phobia with water splashing on his face but needed to get 2 fillings done. He was also afraid the treatment would hurt and I was worried this would scar him for life from ever seeing a dentist again. Dr. Paschkewitz managed to talk him through the whole procedure and was so gentle even my son was surprised. We had one filling done on his first appointment and my son was not afraid to come back to do his second filling at all. Thank you so much Dr. Paschkewitz.

With 40 years of serving the Scarborough community, Now Dental continues to grow with many patients that trust them to deliver quality dental health care. I am very surprised to see negative experiences especially about Dr Erich Paschewitz who many patients continue to see him, refer their family and friends to him and would happily vouch for his caring expertise. A dental practice that does not care for their patients would never last that long, nor will they continue to grow. It is rare to see people unhappy with the treatment provided but Im sure Dr Paschewitz and his team are more than willing to help out in anyway should there be any problems

I disagree with Nicole R. Dr. Erich Paschewitz did not explain the procedure well. He did not tell me that, "there was a gap behind the filling and food may get lodged in there". He did not explain that there may be pain for three weeks after the filling. He told me all this when I went back after a few days suffering with pain. I stated to him that "it would have been better explaining all this to me on the day for a better understanding". His words and I quote, "When clients come in, we are very busy and don't have time to explain everything".
Where is the customer care/satisfaction/education in that remark. I bet it is not in your scope of practice, Dr. Erich Paschewtiz!!!
No referrals to other clients from me and I certainly won't be coming back. His words, "That's ok".

After a bad experience with a dentist many years ago, I've been avoiding dentist clinics like the plague. I decided it was time to be brave and i booked in to see Dr Erich for a clean and checkup. He was amazing. My teeth were in a terrible state and i do all the things that are horrible for my teeth (drinking black coffee, smoking) and Dr Erich was entirely non-judgemental throughout the process. If you're anxious about going to the dentist, this is the guy to see!
