Just another "sales" company, promising the world and delivering nothing. I signed up on a trial the sales person offered me. It included credit to cover my trial. Never received it. I tried to sort it out by calling a bunch of times. Each time I was promised that they would sort it out and get back to me, no one ever did. Bad bad service. Dont bother.

Stay away from batercard gold coast! The only time they ring you is wen they want money! Been with them for over 5 years and in the last year they been really bad! I have not had any 1 contact me about my account gor over a year! The only time you here from them is wen they want free money! This a joke of a place !!!! Stay Away from this place!!!!!!!! Take my word for it ....

Do not Use Bartercard!!!
My experience has been very negative with them. Even after quitting 9 months ago, I am still fighting to get back my $5000 worth of credit.
Plus I found very hard to spend the credit within the network. Most service providers or products were overpriced, with poor customer service.
That means your bartercard dollars are worth less than real dollars despite what they claim.
And then when you want to quit, they make it so hard, asking to pay huge exit fess, that they omit to mention when you sigh up, I also found they were extra fees you have pay as a member that you they don't tell you about.
It may wok all right fro some bigger companies, but as a small owner operator, it is not worth your money.
