really disappointing

After paying for three visits to the doctor here was obvious that she could not understand the medical condition.

I decided to go to another doctor, now they want to charge me $90 to get a copy of the doctors notes, no pathology reports or anything like that, a copy of the doctors notes from three visits seems quite excessive.
