Dr Uthupali is amazing she listens and is extremely empathetic . She is aware of what challenges people from a Mulcutural background faced here in Australia and listens without judgment .She has a very likeable demeanour too and knowledgeable

Will not be back. Had an appointment booked, which was over 20 minutes from my house. When I arrived there was a notice that the office was closed due to no doctors on duty. The young girl behind the desk was in the office and came outside to tell me that they were shut. I informed her that I had an appointment. She claimed that she rung everyone including my number to let them know. While this was not the case she then proceeded asked me what my name was and it was after telling her she then claimed she rang me at least twice. Although she must had forgotten mobile phones record missed calls, I asked her why she didn't leave a message. The girl then claimed I didn't have voicemail. She offered to schedule me in the following day but I declined as she had already wasted my time. It is a shame because the previous visit with the doctor was satisfactory.
