      When you first step into one of our display homes you have the choice of selecting one of our award-winning standard plans or arranging a meeting where you are given the opportunity to present your thoughts and ideas, whether modifying a standard plan to better suit your needs or designing your custom dream home.

      When designing a custom home, we note your dreams and aspirations, your lifestyle and personal wishes. The design will focus on our diverse climate in the Toowoomba area combining the correct orientation of the home coupled with good cross ventilation. Seamless integration with your environment, site contour, outlook and established vegetation, are an essential part of creating your new home.

      What is the maintenance period of a new home?

      All our homes come with a 6-month maintenance period.


      Does Arden Vale Homes provide everything for my project?

      Arden Vale Home can do it all, from custom new home designs, preparation of plans and permits to local council, engineering, interior designers, fixed price contracts, quality references and personalised service.


      How much do you charge per square meter?

      Each home is priced individually depending on the particular features included in the plan.


      Can we use some of our own trades?

      In most cases, please call us to confirm as it can vary from trade to trade.


      How much do you charge for travel to build outside Toowoomba?

      It varies depending on the distance, please contact the office for costs.


      Where do you build?

      We build in Toowoomba, Westbrook, Glenvale, Helidon, Gatton, Middle Ridge, Preston, Hodgson Vale, Rangeville, throughout the Darling Downs, Lockyer Valley and Granite Belt.


      Can you fully finish my house for me?

      We can build your new home to include as much as you require. All pricing includes GST and we work smoothly with banks and brokers.


      How long has Arden Vale Homes been building?

      We have built over 1,800 homes over the last 19 years.


      Can you quote on our own plan?

      Yes, our quotes include all management of contractors, Council applications, final certificates to Australian standards, products from local suppliers. We are happy to give pricing on your plan or ours.


      Can I make changes to your standard plans?

      Yes, you can change them as much or as little as you require.
