      Phoenix Constructions (QLD) Pty Ltd is a commercial and industrial builder that was founded in 1992 by Mr Robert Evennett and Mr Barry Marsh bringing both a building and professional background to the new commercial building company. With Barry’s retirement from the company in 2011, Bob’s eldest son, Nathan Evennett has taken over the directors duties in the every day running of Phoenix with Bob currently stepping back in day to day duties within the company. Phoenix is driven to bring creative solutions and expertise to every challenge. We also love what we do—and it shows, in both the quality of our work and in the enduring relationships that have fueled our company growth.

      Barry’s retirement from the company in 2011, Bob’s eldest son, Nathan Evennett has taken over the directors duties in the every day running of Phoenix with Bob currently stepping back in day to day duties within the company. Nathan’s employment with the company since 2000 as a project manager and the company building nominee has enabled him to follow on with and maintain the honest and open relationships with consultants and clients in the industry.

      It emerged as a delivery method in the 1960s and 1970s to provide a better project value than the traditional design-bid-build method.
