Chris had worked here for 10 yrs before he and Sandra bought the business in January 2000. Sids as it has come to be known is well known in the area.

Very reasonably priced with good service. They were very clear with what I could expect from the service as my shoes were quite damaged, even then I am very very happy with the result. Only took a few days and they messaged once the shoes were ready for pick up. I will be back for sure!!

Absolute outstanding service. My wife broke her key in her ignition and she went to Sids Shoe Surgery first thing in morning as she couldn't get her car to start as well and she was stressing out. The guy there explained a small bit out of it was missing and she found it brought it back and he saved her hundreds of dollars as that piece was needed to start the car so only cost $80 rather than hundreds of dollars. Also saved her a NRMA call out. Please use Sids Shoe Surgery in Richmond if you ever stuck like that as he is excellent and will go above and beyond to help you out. He also sells awesome novelty things and fast service! We will use them all the time now !!
