      Amazing product. Appalling customer service.

      Ordered a large modular couch. With some understandable delay it arrived. But impossible to contact customer service and needed to call multiple times and ways to speak to a human. Now delivered. Great premium product but needed a trip to binning to get it to stay together.



      Ordered matching ottomans on line and they have long ago been made and delivered to king warehouse. But despite all best efforts they can’t deliver them and the customer service line rings out - every time! Had to pay for them to get the couch.



      This is a reluctant bad review. Because, when you talk to people they are helpful and smart. The product is amazing. But the customer support, contact-ability and logistics are just terrible. Terrible. It’s like a company that expanded to fast and has lost the customer in the flurry of sales. Management need a bit of a think!



      I’m 3k down and really doubt I’ll get it back. Not because of anything other than it’s near impossible after buying to contact anyone. I have got a call from their ‘reputation management team’ and then an email, have responded to it but again 3 weeks later no response. I guess that’s why they have such a team!



      Stay away as communication wise, regardless of the product it’s just not worth the anxiety
