Beware, they will do whatever they can so you won't get back your bond. They threatened me by saying I won't get my bond back if I don't get one of their "bond cleaning specialists" to clean the property (cost almost $900 to clean a clean house!!). Then when I left, the property manager neglected to inform me about what happened to the bond claim and won't respond to my calls for 3 months (to ensure the RTA clear the bond to them). Finally, they told me they had to take the rest of the bond as well because "there were a couple of light bulbs needed changing and some scratches in the walls here and there needed fixing" - apparently cost $700. (Most of it was there before I moved in and they didn't fix it!!!).
