Received a great price and phenomenal customer service by dropping us at the foreshore while waiting for installation and then collecting us once towbar was installed. Thanks so much

My trailer got stolen from this place and I have only received one phone call from them. You work out if I am happy or not, would you be happy. I have made heaps of phone calls and gone in person and they don't remember you

I contacted them by email asking for a quote for a towbar for my vehicle. I gave them the make, the year and the model. I booked an appointment with them, at least one week in advance and checked again that they had the part I needed for my car. On the day of the appointment I show up for my booking to have them tell me that it is not possible to put a towbar on my car because of its year. So I drove 45 minutes all the way to Rockingham to be told that it was not going to happen. I understand that a part cant be gotten for my car but I do not understand not contacting me to let me know, mainly when they had more than a week to do so and that I checked with them twice that they had this part. Terrible service. I definitely don't recommend them.
