I'm very happy with the service I received from the optometrist and the front staff when I attended the store in person. I'm also very happy with the quality of my glasses. I did however need to phone with enquires and found that the person I spoke to was a little too eager to end the call, hence the 4 stars, and think there is room for improvement with the phone manner.
