      Unacceptable business branch

      This branch should get less than 1 star. Let see why. Firstly, bank officers has combined lines between customers who need bank officer to assist, and customers who just want to use ATM. I dont know why they do like this and for what!!!!!. Additionally, when customers ask this ATM machine is available, they say it is not working properly;however, in fact, it works well c’z one staff who manages customers’ line ask another staff. If no one asks them, perhaps customers can not use that machine which works well ( customers already wait in the line 5 to 10 mins .. Just wanna use deposit/ATM machine) lol. I have never met services like this since i was born ( now 41 years old) 31/12/2020
