Writing this to give Bill and the rest of the sales team a raving review. Few months ago Bill sold me an intel 10900k. Probably one of the last few available in the country. He was the only one able to bend over backwards and had it shipped the same day. I’ve been in touch with multiple vendors about getting a high end rtx 3080 to complete my build. I Even purchased one on launch night only to be told eta had continually changed to the point I had given up. Three months later still no gpu. Bill had put me on his waiting list and was able to secure me a card. Item was processed amd shipped same day. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the customer service from the whole team at all needs and will endeavour to purchase any parts or peripherals that i require for future builds from them. 11/10 customer service .

Very bad experience and dodgy bahaviour on their side.
First it took them three weeks to tell me my computer is unfixable without keeping me in the loop and dodging my phone calls. Everytime they had an excuse telling me the computer is still in the lab and they would ring me tomorrow... they never did.
Finally when I picked it up I had left it wrapped in bubble wrap in the corner of the bed room for about two months. When finally unpacking it, I noticed the screen was smashed...
Wouldn't they have an insurance for that? As dodgy as they are probably not...

My friend helped me buy a modem from ALLNEEDS Computers located at 342 King William St, Adelaide SA 5000. It was faulty from the beginning and after trying to make it work for 6 days we had to return it. Allneeds refused a refund or exchange for a different model despite statutory consumer law requirements (we even offered to pay extra). AllNeeds also asked for $25 checking fee due to their claim that they were unable (incapable?) to identify the issue (clearly lacking customer care). The modem was clearly faulty due to unstable firmware (with no update available) and it didn't even show connection statistics (a function that simply doesn't turn on, amongst other faulty features like MAC Filtering actually turns Wifi off and Wifi signals kept restarting by itself ..etc!)
Went to another store, bought the same brand similar priced modem, no problem at all. Why bother going to Allneeds when you can get same products at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Allneeds offers consumers no real customer service and no clear refund policy at the time of purchase, even taking a look at their faulty products cost you extra money.

Had a good experience with Allneeds they helped me configure a system within my budget and even ordered products they don't normally sell

I have had a very poor experience with this company. I bought a computer from them about 5 months ago and it has crashed twice which has caused significant inconvenience with lost programmes and lost data.
Each time the computer has been returned they have promised to make it a priority to fix it but have failed to do so each time.
I have vey little faith in their product and have since purchased a lapt that I will use as my primary machine.
In short a frustrating, expensive and disappointing experience.

I prchased an Asus motherboard from this store. Sound from the rear connections failed. I updated all drives and bios, still no sound. On the fourth bootup the board failed completely.
The CPU had been installed once and removed before returning it to the store.
The store Tech looked at the board, said a CPU pin was missing and therefore warranty was void and would have to pay for repairs which would take 6 weeks.. The board was a month old.
I was accused of negligence and no matter what I said the store employee was was not prepared to accept any other explanation.
I lost my cool and stormed out leaving the board. I rep[laced it at another outlet for a little more than it would cast for repair.
The attitude of the tech and sales staff was no less than a "Who cares" attitude.
The matter will be handed over to consumer affairs.
