I was wrongly charged hundreds of dollars to "repair" my laptop. The laptop was not broken and only needed a new battery. No refund was given when asked.

Bought a $2k computer here and took it back 6 months' later because the fan stopped working. Told him when I dropped it off that I expected it would be repaired under warranty. He agreed. 2 weeks later... Tried to charge me $295 (and then $400) for the repair on the basis that there was DUST on the fan so the warranty didn't apply.
I then asked him to take out the new fan (a $30 part) and return the computer to me. He refused and called the POLICE.
He then said he wouldn't release the computer until I paid him $400.
The police told me that they are called to the shop SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK in similar circumstances. Said that they don't understand why OCBA haven't shut him down - he's a con artist.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. AVOID!!! Zero stars.

Do not take your phone here. Save yourself time, money and stress and go to a legitimate phone technician.

Do not sign any paperwork this man puts in front of you, and do not pay the $59 deposit. Read the reviews others have written, here and on other sites - there are many horror stories.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. The system does not let me to save my review without giving a star, otherwise its not worth anything. The guy who runs the place is the most dishonest person i have ever met in my life. You ask him how much will it cost to get you'r laptop fixed, and he gives you a paper to write your details and to sign for him to get back to you with price after speaking to his guy who get the parts. Without any further explanation he send you off. The paper he gives you to sign indicates that he will get a fee for qouting you the price. But it is so tiny that you can hardly see it ( the terms and conditions is one page). Worse business ever.
