Fountain Valley Medical Centre

In 10 years I have never been late for an appointment until my last one on 15/12/2023. I was late because I was not informed on my phone or tablet that the premises were changing location. In spite of my explanation Doctor was clearly irritated by my late arrival, insisting more than once that the centre had informed me. I wrote to the management and asked them to clarify what had happened with Doctor and asking them to rectify the situation by putting me on their list and confirming with me. So far, no response, let alone apology from management or Doctor, in spite of their claim to respond within 2 working days. Will look to change practice hoping that they are not all the same?

Nastiest and *itchiest staff on the planet. Reported to HCSCC and the police for verbal abuse. Police report number 1522 8/5/23. Can’t wait to take the lot to the court.
