If they couldn't provide care . They should have recommend another Psychologist. Rather than prescribe me anti depressants and close all avenues of help . If you injurie yourself at work go to your own family doctor. And you will have access to the best specialist. Under work cover . Rather than put all your eggs in one basket... case.. I put in a complaint and no one even had the decency to contact me . In fact my ph number and email address was blocked

They are unable to meet dates for medical for drivers licence to be re issued on requested date due to lack of staff. Fees paid, then wait period is another month to obtain medical appointment. Requires system overhaul to speed up the process for medicals. Have been advised they are short of staff and results as inconvenience to customers seeking medical clearance to re-instate drivers licence. This has a massive effect on family and individuals.

Perhaps you could make mention of the fact that you are ONLY for Workcover related injuries, and that the general public cannot make use of your service. Would probably save a lot of wasted time - Joe Public's and yours.
