My daughter suddenly became unwell this morning and needed to see a doctor urgently. Our usual GP had no available appointments so I called here. They were very helpful and found us a doctor to see urgently. We walked in and were seen to immediately and the doctor was great with my daughter! I will be going back again!

Rude and abrupt receptionist and the waiting time is a joke. All I needed was a script for my medication and was told to leave and make and appointment, she didn’t even make an effort to help me, even though there was only one person in the waiting room and then she informed me that I need to pay, so much for bulk billing. I have been attending this clinic for 10 years, I won’t be going back, they need someone on the reception desk that actually likes people and there job.

Appalling wait times, some people have work to go to! Waiting 3 hours. Some of the doctors are good, some you might as well just ask the chemist! They need a booking system bulk bill the unemployed. Charge working people but ensure their appointment time is met within 45 mins. Will not be going back!
