Asked for a pair of earrings to be custom made. Took to the jeweller the set of pearls, a gold wedding band and other 3 small gold items. Several weeks later no contact was made. Went in person and was told they had rang me. No called registered as missing on my phone. Said it would make the earrings with something from a shop. So, no custom made. Finally was rang to collect earrings. Extremely poor workmanship. No details of weight of gold received from me, value of carat, nothing. NO accountability on their part. No account for how much gold was used. No receipt offered. Was I taken for a ride? The bought gold section is not properly joined to the supposedly custom made section, which looks like a piece of gold twisted roughly with pliers by a child and the gold has no shine to match the other section. It is a birthday present that has arrived 11days to late and a huge disappointment. I do not recommend them and will never go back to them again.
