I had the pleasure to visit a YES store at Westfield West Lakes at 111 West lakes Blvd, West Lakes, SA 5021. The visit was conducted at 08-09 at around 4:15 PM. I went in and inquired about an HTC Desire 820 outright phone and the team member gave me a terrible and rude customer service. I asked whether they had the phone in any other color, he then told me "that's the only color they make." I told him that the phone itself was displaying a video advertising different colors. Then he told me,"You are not getting me, that's the only color, we get, we ever got and we are only gonna talk about this color." The salesperson was a Caucasian male, 26-30 years old, bulky and around 180 cm tall. I couldn't get his name.
