      At Salisbury Medical Centre, we believe the success of our practice comes from the genuine and compassionate care we give our patients and we’re dedicated to ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality service. We have many Independent GPs and practice nurses who are highly experienced, and have expertise in a wide range of areas, all of whom regularly update their skills and knowledge. Established in 1952 by Dr Scott and Dr Palmer, Salisbury Medical Centre provides general medical services for patients throughout Salisbury, including travel vaccinations. Whether you’re new to the practice or a returning patient, we’ll always give you a warm welcome and ensure that you receive attentive service.

      Our nurses and administration team work hand in hand with the independent doctors to provide attentive care. The nurses in our Chronic Disease Management clinic will help you with advice, monitoring and managing your health condition. Our nurse, Min is qualified to perform Cervical Screening Tests. She can provide this care to you, as an alternative to your regular doctor. Min also provides lactation consulting for our patients that are breastfeeding mums. Our reception team are at the heart of the practice and will help with any enquiries and appointment needs.

      Health Checks Vaccinations Appointments Chronic Disease Management After Hours Occupational Health At Salisbury Medical Centre, we offer a variety of health checks and assessments for our patients, young and old, which will help to monitor your health and identify any issues as they arise. Early diagnosis is the key to better health, so it’s important to ensure you always check with your GP. We offer general health care and health assessments and have specialised services for the specific needs of our patients.

      At Salisbury Medical Centre, we have a Chronic Disease Management Team, which assists those patients who suffer from along-term medical condition, helping them manage this into the future. Chronic disease can be a burden on not just individuals but families as well, which can be stress-inducing, leaving loved ones feeling confused and helpless. Chronic diseases are usually a condition that has been present for at least six months which can include:Kidney disease Diabetes Heart disease Asthma
