I arranged an install of a split A/C by contacting quickfix. I provided photos.of the unit, the installation location, agreed a written quote and took the day off from work and then...no one came. No phone call, no text message. Nothing. I'm leaving this review so the public is made aware

Would not recommend at all, when they finally arrived had no idea what was wrong with our Evap A/C even though it was explained over the phone. Wife told him that we thought it was the water pump as there was vibration when turned on. His comment was ok change water pump with out even looking at the unit. $450 later apparently we have a new pump, he had no interest in looking at the unit to find out what was wrong! Quoted $150 for call out but that changed to $175 on arrival. Always wondered if these reviews were real! No Stars. #rippedoff
