Affective Building have been operating for over 10 years, servicing throughout New South Wales and Australia wide. We provide specialized installation services for many major retailers and companies alike around the country. Affective Building Services has gained ASIC approval allowing our team to work within secure sites and we are both an Apple and Miele approved installer. Affective Building Services prides itself on providing our clients with superior workmanship and a full-service quality installation. Affective Building Services was established in 2007 by our Director Bradley Merriman. The company quickly took off and we made the move from our first workshop in Oakville to our current workshop in Seven Hill in January of 2017. This allowed the business the capacity to grow further and we now have a great team of skilled Tradesman, Project Managers and Office staff.
We ensure your project is delivered, on time and on budget. Our skilled team and unlimited contacts will provide you with a seamless experience, quality installation and coordination of all trades on site. Blackbird Architectural Joinery is our in-house manufacturing company with a team of fully qualified Joiners who work side by side with Affective Building to ensure a high quality finish is always achieved. Not only will we ensure quality shop fitting installations but our experienced team provide on-site repairs and maintenance services to ensure a consistent professional image for your clients.
