      Very poor communication and service

      We applied to purchase a phone through Roly’s in Shepparton, only to receive a bill from Telstra for the item.

      No communication from Roly’s to say the purchase was accepted and waiting to be picked up.

      When customer service was asked in store why there was no phone call etc, customer service person laughed and said oops sorry.
